Shipping Policy

United Truck Dismantlers will arrange shipping within 24 hours once payment has been processed. In the case that arrangements will take longer than 24 hours you will be notified. United Truck ships via UPS, USPS and trusted freight carriers. If you are outside of the continental United States (48) you must contacts us before ordering an item, if you do not your order will be canceled. Shipping outside of the continental United States is handle by a 3rd party carrier with expertise in that area. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.

Return Policy

Parts may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. The part must be in the same condition as when it left United Truck Dismantlers, it must also have United Truck’s identification marks on it. Modified, misused and or abused parts may NOT be returned.

Refund Policy

Parts that are returned that are not under warranty will be refunded in full less all freight or shipping charges.

Privacy Policy

To Ensure your privacy United Truck Dismantlers does not sell, trade, transfer or share customer information outside of the company. United Truck may use your information to improve the function of unitedtruckdism.com or to personalize your future transactions. Your information may also be used at a later date to contact you with information about United Truck Dismantlers. United Truck Dismantlers may release your information to Law enforcement if we feel that it is necessary to comply with the law.
